Hear from a runner

Runner smiling with medal
"Last year I signed up to Mathern couch to 5k programme led by Polly and I'm so glad I did! Polly was incredibly knowledgeable and such a great motivator, making running feel accessible to someone who firmly believed I was not a runner. She even managed to make running on some cold, dark and wet evenings fun (which i didn't think was possible!) The programme has given me the foundations and confidence to continue on running (and enjoy it!) and achieve things I never thought I could.."
